We visit your property

A quick walk-around to understand your garden and confirm which plan suits. No charge, no obligation.

Direct debit set up

One simple monthly payment. We handle the scheduling. You'll know exactly when we're coming.

We get to work

First visit booked within two weeks. Report card left after every visit. That's it — your garden is sorted.

Common questions

Can I cancel if circustances change?

Yes. All plans require 30 days' written notice to cancel. No penalties, no minimum term. We'd rather earn your loyalty than lock it in.

What if the weather means a visit can't happen?

We reschedule as soon as conditions allow, at no extra charge. You'll always receive the same number of visits agreed in your plan.

Do I need to be home for visits?

No. Most clients are out when we visit. We access via an agreed gate or side passage, leave a report card, and you'll see the results when you get home.

How is the monthly price calculated?

The annual cost of your plan is spread equally across 12 months. Some months we visit more (spring/summer), some less — but your payment stays the same throughout.

My garden is larger than average — will Essential cover it?

We'll assess this at the initial visit. For larger plots, we'll recommend Premium or Estate, and provide a bespoke quote to reflect the additional work required.

Do you cover Tonbridge and Orpington as well as Sevenoaks?

Yes — we cover TN13/14/15, TN9/10/11, BR5/6, TN1/2/4, and TN16. If you're just outside these areas, get in touch and we'll let you know.
